Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT & BALANCE OF PAYMENTS
A deposit of US$200 per person is required to begin the reservation process. The balance of payment is required 45 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 45 days prior to travel are to be paid in full immediately upon confirmation. ANZCRO Pacifica reserves the right to charge a late booking fee of up to US$50 per person. Some tours have their own special deposit and payment requirements; you will be made aware of these at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable.
PRICES
All prices in this website are expressed in US dollars and include the Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST of 10%) and were correct at time of printing (January 2006) ANZCRO Pacifica reserves the right to amend pricing without notice. All quoted prices will be guaranteed once final payment has been received.

AMENDMENTS
Prior to confirmation from suppliers the first three changes are free; all subsequent changes are subject to a $20 fee per change, per product. After confirmation but before
documents are issued, there is a $50 change fee per product. A fee of $75 per change will be assessed for changes made within 14 days prior to departure. If such changes necessitate cancellation of confirmed air or ground arrangements, unrecoverable costs will be added to the change fee.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
In addition to the non-refundable deposit, cancellation charges apply in accordance with the scale below. Travellers are reminded of the necessity to purchase travel insurance as soon as their booking is confirmed.
21 Days or more Prior to Departure - Cancellation Fee $50 per person plus any Airline or Ground operator charges
7 to 21 Days or more Prior to Departure - Cancellation Fee $100 per person plus any Airline or Ground operator charges
7 or less Days or more Prior to Departure - Cancellation Fee 100% of Holiday cost at the sole discretion of ANZCRO
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include:-
• Loss of deposit and pre-paid travel expenses
• Medical and other expenses incurred whilst on vacation
• Curtailment charges
• Baggage and personal effects
• Personal liability
Note that insurance may not cover claims arising from pre-existing illness. Full details on request.
REFUNDS
Unused Car/Motorhome hire - non-refundable. Unused accommodation/service vouchers - refunded at the discretion of supplier/ANZCRO. All refunds must be requested within
thirty days of the conclusion of your vacation.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
A valid passport is required for all passengers and those not travelling on an Australian or New Zealand passport may require a Visa. Please consult with your Travel Agent for
information to ensure that all documents required are correct and current.
AIR TRAVEL
Please check with your Travel Consultant for special (discounted) airfares, that are available through ANZCRO Pacifica, and can be packaged with the tours and services in this brochure. Separate conditions apply to all airfares including change, deposit and cancellation fees. Please check with your Travel Consultant at the time of booking. In most instances 50% of the published airfare is non refundable.
CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE
ANZCRO Pacifica (herein called the company) acts only as an Agent for the hotels, airlines, rental car/motorhome operators or other services (herein called the contractor).
All coupons exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by the company are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and services whatsoever provided by the
Contractors, and by acceptance of such documents, the traveller agrees to the foregoing and also agrees that neither the COMPANY nor any subsidiary or affiliate company shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other service or resulting directly or indirectly from beyond the Company’s control. The Company does not accept liability for failure on the part of transportation companies whose
responsibility is confined to their own operations. The Company, its Associates or Agents and Employees are not liable for:
(a) Any event beyond their control, including (but not limited to) war, disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, act of God, act of Government of other Authorities, accident or failure of equipment or industrial action (whether or not including the Company’s or Contractors employees:) nor
(b) Any act of omission whatsoever (whether within or outside their control) in relation to any booking, contract travel, accommodation, excursion or other vacation services (including carriage or baggage) which results in any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, death, injury, delay, liability, additional expenses or inconvenience.
(c) ANZCRO does not own or operate any tour product or service listed in this brochure. ANZCRO is a tour wholesaler who arranges the provision of the products & services listed. ANZCRO does not take responsibility for the omission or failure of individual properties, plant or services detailed in this brochure.
ACCOMMODATION
Share twin or double accommodation is based on two single beds or one double bed in your room as provided by the operator. Triple or greater accommodation may include a
rollaway bed.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED
All items of personal nature including but not limited to laundry, drinks and meals unless otherwise stated, telephone and other communication costs and all airport taxes. |
