Travel through sugar cane and pineapple plantations toward the Daintree River where you join a river cruise spotting crocodiles basking on the muddy banks. After morning tea enter the Daintree Rainforest making our way to Cape Tribulation where we stroll through the rainforest to the shores of the Coral Sea. Next is a delicious lunch at a private orchard before travelling into 4WD country along the Alexander Range. Return to Cairns via the Mossman Gorge. Kuranda Train - No visit to Cairns is complete without taking a journey aboard one of the world’s most scenic train journeys to Kuranda. Travel through hand-hewn tunnels, cross bridges with amazing views and stop at beautiful Barron Gorge Falls.
Kuranda Village - on arrival options include shopping at the local Heritage markets, visiting the Butterfly Sanctuary and Birdworld or opt to visit the Rainforestation Centre.
Rainforestation Centre - Explore the rainforest aboard an amphibious Army Duck and join a Dreamtime walk for an insight into ancient Aboriginal history including a native dance performance.
Skyrail Rainforest Cableway - for a totally different experience board Skyrail and marvel as you glide silently over the rainforest canopy. Take advantage of 2 stops enroute to enjoy a walk through the rainforest or visit the CSIRO Interpretive Centre.

1. Kuranda All Inclusive KRST - Departs Cairns hotels from 7am. Returns approx 5pm. This hosted tour is the premium option. Includes return hotel transfers, Kuranda Scenic Rail, 1.5 hours free time to explore & shop in Kuranda. Skyrail Cableway. A buffet lunch and entry to Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park which includes all stage shows, craft demonstrations and the famous Tjapukai dance troupe.

2. Kuranda/Scenic Rail/Skyrail KQS - Ideal for the more independent visitor. Includes return hotel transfers (commencing from 7am), Kuranda Scenic Rail, free time in Kuranda and a choice of 1.45pm or 3.30pm to return on the Skyrail Cableway.

3. Kuranda/Scenic Rail/Skyrail/Rainforestation KRPS - Return hotel transfers (from 7am), Kuranda Scenic train then transfer to The Rainforestation Centre which includes a Dreamtime Walk, Pamagirri Dancers, Aussie BBQ lunch, Army Duck tour and finally a visit to the Koala & Wildlife Park before boarding the Skyrail for the return journey.

Daily departures with guaranteed water levels all year. Two options to choose from.  Both are a great opportunity to experience the rainforest in a unique way. The contrast between the serene landscape and the boiling rapids is something that just has to be experienced. No experience is necessary as all tuition is given by internationally trained guides and all equipment is provided. Min age 13 years.
Full Day Grade 4, Tully River Rafting - departs Cairns 6.30am, returns 6.30 pm. Includes 5 hours on the River and excellent BBQ lunch.
Half Day Grade 3, Barron River Rafting – departs Cairns 9.30 am, returns 2.00 pm, also available from Port Douglas.
